TROU is a creative space in Footscray for young people from underrepresented and disadvantaged communities. We operate as a not-for-profit social enterprise: we run workshops, put on shows and put what we earn back into the next generation of creatives.

Why we exist.
To give young people from underrepresented and disadvantaged communities a supportive, inspiring room to make things in, and an audience that shows up.
We have also grown into a vital platform where Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) creatives can showcase their talents.

Creative workshops across many art forms: a place for self-expression, storytelling and skill development, where young people find their voices.

Shows
Exhibitions, events and experiences that put diverse talent on the wall and on the mic, and grow artistic communities around it.

Reinvest
A significant share of what we earn goes back into this work. Every event you come to helps fund the next generation of creatives.
